60 DAY SERVICE REQUEST
We would like to minimize the number of visits our workers make to your home once occupied, so we ask that you keep a cumulative list of items needing attention during the first 60 days of occupancy so we can correct everything during one visit.
11 MONTH SERVICE REQUEST
Approximately 11 months after you close on your home you will receive a letter reminding you of the upcoming 1 year anniversary of your closing and subsequent expiration of the warranty. As with the 60 Day Service Request we ask you to keep a cumulative list of items also.
EMERGENCY SERVICE
Emergency Service is limited situations such as:
  • Total loss of heat when outside temperature is below 45 degrees F.
  • Total loss of electricity. (Check with the utility company before reporting to LBH.)
  • Total loss of water. (Check with the utility company before reporting to LBH.)
  • Plumbing leak that requires entire water supply to be shut off.
  • Gas leak (Check with the utility company before reporting to LBH.)

NOTE: LANDSCAPING IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
